Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use TriNet for HR, benefits, reports and payroll. I have called them numerous times about HR concerns, termination, platform support, help with benefits, where to find different reports for data analytics etc. Every time I call the general support line any tech I speak to is so helpful, polite, patient and professional. They know where the items are and walk me through on where to find them or step by step instructions on how to terminate or promote or increase pay. I cannot say enough good things about how easy it is to work with them!

Pros and Cons

Step by step instructions how to do anything in the system.
Send follow up emails with additional support information.
Set up specific reports needed for our company.

The benefits area for choices was hard to navigate and find the information I needed and it took me several calls to understand it all.

Support Rating

Every time I call, they always answer in a timely manner, very little hold time at all. The techs are professional, efficient, patient and knowledgeable. Recently I have been calling in about termination, they gave me a case number previously and they were able to pull up my case quickly and answer all my additional questions.

Usability

The system is very intuitive, and I rarely need to call for help on items I use frequently. I was training in someone recently that I had to walk them through the payroll process and reports. I was able to show them the functionality of the tool bar and I was even able to send a customized report that TriNet had created for us, right in the system, that was awesome!

Return on Investment

TriNet takes all the calculations, taxes etc. out of our hands and makes is so easy to process payroll.
TriNet takes all the work out of the termination, HR admin tasks process and basically does it for you.
TriNet does all the search on benefits and gives choices that are easy for employers and employees.

TriNet sent out pertinent information that was usable and helpfu.

I recently had to find out the process of how to terminate myself and explain it to the person who would be taking over my job responsibilities. TriNet walked me through the process using another employee on the system and answered questions all along the way. They made the process intuitive on the system but also easy to understand as they coached me. When I went to explain it to the new employee it was easy for me to explain.
