Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

Trinet is used by our organization to run payroll for approx. 18 employees. I frequently use the Chat for Admin questions about handling new hires, terminations, pay codes, etc.
However, the one key concern that employees have is understanding what benefits are available to them for their state. These information on their specific/unique coverage, premiums, and deductibles should be available and easy to access.

The chat feature is always able to answer my questions.
The platform is easy to use once you get use to it. I had a hard time finding the correct reports to journalize each pay, but with the online chat's help I was able to get the answers and the system is straight forward for me after using it for a few years.

  • Stay in compliance with payroll laws
  • Incurring extra fees to pay the cost.
Trinet kept us in compliance during the pandemic when we went 100% remote and had employees in multiple states.

Trinet is well suited for our company because it takes control of the compliance issues I would have to manage if I were not using a PEO.
It might be less appropriate if we wanted to save money and have an in house HR representative while using payroll software to process pay.
