Overall Satisfaction with TriNet

We are a small company with under 50 employees. We use TriNet to manage our employees and conduct payroll. It has upped our game in our ability to stay organized, stay up to date with compliance and make sure that our employees are supported and receiving their full benefits. I primarily focus on payroll and it’s been a game changer.
  • Customer support
  • Time card and payroll cohesion
  • Their app
  • Their time card feature can be a bit glitchy. We’ve had numerous employees struggle with it.
  • Their system isn’t always intuitive. Trying to learn a new skill can be time consuming and it’s not always clear what the next step would be. A directory or learning center for processes would be great.
  • The wing is great but we need more challenges!
  • Improvements to payroll
  • Reduced administrative workload and errors
  • Employee satisfaction with pay accurate and on time
I find the platform a bit challenging to navigate and there is a lack of support on the site itself when learning a new skill or task. However, the main areas that I use have been quite helpful and I have learned to see what I need to use.
Usually I am super appreciative of the help and our personal representative and been incredible. Sometimes though, issues are “resolved” without a clear understanding that it has resolved my issue but instead a more generic answer has been given.
I joined my organization after the COVID pandemic had mostly run its course so I can’t speak to this question well.

Do you think TriNet delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with TriNet's feature set?

Yes

Did TriNet live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of TriNet go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy TriNet again?

Yes

Costs can be super high and I’ve had situations where we are being charged a large fee for an issue that could have been resolved with better communication. So I just don’t know if I could recommend this to a smaller company as the over head and associated fees would just not be practical.
