I was researching SEO tools to use for an upcoming project. We need to select a product that will help us with keyword research and SEO for our higher education, non-profit, and association clients. I was comparing products as part of a preliminary research phase prior to purchasing.

The comparison tool was helpful in seeing the top two products I was interested in side by side so that I could make an educated decision. I appreciated the user feedback as well as the points-based rating scale for various attributes of the products.
I like to read reviews that are honest, straightforward and provide use cases for the product. Hearing about how others used the product and what they found helpful was insightful and aided my research process.
There are two products that I am strongly considering. I had heard of both products in the past and wanted to see which product had better or more robust capabilities. Through reading reviews and learning more about users' experiences with the product, I was able to get the information I need to make my next step.

The only other information I looked at was on the products' websites themselves. TrustRadius provided unbiased reviews and showed me how users felt about the products.
The interface is clean and easy to use. I didn't have to do alot of digging to find the information I was looking for. The information that compared the products' capabilities was right there in front of me.
