Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors
We use it to to gauge customer satisfaction and for lead generation for Marketing and Sales.

- Profile is cumbersome to set up
- Not a lot - still don't have enough reviews
It's pretty good, but not always applicable.
We also use G2Crowd, but have even less reviews from them.
