We are using TrustRadius to collect product reviews from our customers, creating fantastic content to improve our lead conversion rate and accelerating the sales cycle. TrustRadius made it easy to engage with our customers' install base to collect inspiring quotes and positive product reviews. Creating high-converting marketing content for our sales cycle has never been more accessible. Besides this, our R&D team is using TrustRadius to understand what we are doing great and the areas of improvement.
