Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

We utilize the TrustRadius for Vendors platform to drive customer reviews, look at buyer intent data, references data to invite people into our advocate programs, and utilize quotes for marketing and retargeting ads. Having the platform and portal of resources has driven more organization across the reviews landscape, and created a more programmatic approach to sourcing, utilizing, and acknowledging reviews.
  • The rating scorecard keeps us on track toward our TopRated status goal.
  • TrustQuotes is helpful in maintaining our customer quote library.
  • Reference candidates allows me to see who's raising their hand to be an advocate.
  • Reports enable me to determine which reviews come in through which sources.
  • TrustRadius-led campaigns enable a trusted, third-party request of reviews for our customers.
  • Tagging - You can only do one item at a time vs. a multi-select list.
  • Review qualification lengthy - I believe you should be able to see 'pending' reviews in the qualification queue.
  • I feel like there are too many mandatory questions.
  • Earning our TopRated status 2 years in a row has demonstrated to the industry we are a trusted vendor with powerful platform capabilities.
  • We've been able to enable our field and customer success channels with quotes, templates and advocates to be successful in their sales and upsell motion.
  • We've utilized intent data to increase pipeline and improve conversion rates.
Sales use the intent data to quickly get to their buyers and accelerate the sales cycle by getting in front of them at the peak of their interest. Whether it be by person, by region, etc., the intent data is used for retargeting ads to specific contacts. Downstream intent signifies buyers closer to a purchasing decision and informs sales in ways to discreetly message value prop to conversion.
We've definitely been able to capture key benefits, key use cases, pros and cons, and more with specific custom questions. However, the quotes have been fairly generic in nature.
Gartner Peer Insights and G2. We're currently using TrustRadius and Gartner Peer Insights. With TrustRadius, it has been more effective to know who your reviewer is, either to see how you can help bring more value to them or simply acknowledging their feedback.
