Overall Satisfaction with TrustRadius for Vendors

I'm using TrustRadius for Vendors mostly for the online advertisement purposes, thus the most important feature is the intent data. We have a LinkedIn Ads account connected to TrustRadius for Vendors for this purpose, and we run the LinkedIn lead form campaigns promoting our gated assets. The campaign results are great, and we are able to generate a solid number of leads from them.

We are mostly using the TrustRadius for Vendors intent data for targeting the LinkedIn campaign to generate leads, and this works well for us in long term. We are also using the intent data on a regular basis to improve the quality of our outbound activities. Intents are also valuable for us as a source of information about possible churning users.
TrustRadius for Vendors gets us more quality intent data in comparison with other providers we have experience with. Also the actual intents are usually larger companies which is more valuable for the sales purposes. The actual reviews can be easily used for the communication with prospect also via the dedicated Chrome extension for review quotes.
The support is really great, we have a regular meetings scheduled where our AE is very helpful in supporting our marketing activities and getting more user reviews. We are also well informed about any news regarding the TrustRadius for Vendors awards and new features. Whenever there was any issue, it was quickly solved thanks to proactive approach.

I really like the quality of the TrustRadius for Vendors user reviews. Together with the features the vendor offerings provide, I think it creates a powerful tool for marketers in B2B segment. There are some missing features in comparison with G2, for instance the Slack integration, but nothing really crucial for us. I really appreciate the quality of TrustRadius for Vendors support.
