Overall Satisfaction with TSheets
We utilize T Sheets on a daily basis for the whole company. This is what we use to manage/track everyone's time. It has made our billing much more detailed, billing takes less time and is more efficient. Staff is happy with the ease of the program.
- The sync to QBO is great & seamless.
- Their customer service has been absolutely wonderful. Love the chat feature versus having to call in.
- The reports are very simple to run, look very professional and are detailed.
- We would like to have a chat feature inside of T Sheets.
- We would like to be able to "label" the colors on the schedule. So it is easier to schedule for someone since it has their name by it versus having to remember who is what color.
- It has decreased the amount of time it takes to do our client billing; this saving the company money. Average savings of time has been 2 hours a month. That may not sound like a lot, but it is!
- My Hours
My Hours doesn't import/sync with QBO. We were with My Hours for several years, until their server crashed and we lost months of hours. We had already been looking at T Sheets and this was what made us make the final call to change. Having to re-create several months of hours wasn't something I was happy with. I am sure we lost billable hours. I know going forward that I will never be in this situation again.
