Overall Satisfaction with TSheets

TSheets is being used to track employee time, provide feedback for job costing and support customer requirements for backup when billing for time and material work. It used by our field staff to provide an account of time spent on site for a mobile workforce moving to and from multiple projects.
  • It provides a real-time account of where our staff are working.
  • It helps to measure accountability better for both workers and management.
  • The scheduling feature provides a simple and easily accessible feature to keep us organized and responsive.
  • As a new user we have yet to discover any functionality issues. TSheets provided all we were looking for and more than other products we were comparing it against.
  • As a new user it is too soon to tell, but the hope is that the added expense will far outweigh the expenditure of effort required to track, record and report on the activities of our field staff.
TSheets' minimal consumption of power on handheld devices is clearly superior and the ultimate decision maker for us. Scheduling, job switching, and GPS tracking were added benefits which other products had some of but rarely all. Those that had all were priced beyond our budget limitations.
TSheets is a time-saving tool for our tracking of various activities across multiple projects. Staff is required to move between projects constantly, keep track of time spent on each and differentiate their activities between tendered work, additional scope of work and special exceptions. TSheets' switch and notation features make this simple to do and easy to monitor.
