Overall Satisfaction with TUNE
We use TUNE to track conversions for our affiliate and channel partners. TUNE helps us organize resources for these partners, generate links, set up contracts, and make payments all in one platform. Its TUNE discovery network also helps you find relevant partners to work with nf facilitate new affiliate relationships.
- Their tracking of conversions is highly accurate, even without cookies.
- Tune pay is simple and easy to use.
- White labelling and customization of the platform is great.
- The discovery network is limited and provides few options for finding new partners.
- Setting up a resources page for affiliates requires custom coding and is not simple to do.
- Introductory emails to potential partners in their network are often sent to inactive or wrong contacts that don't ever respond to introductions.

TUNE is a great software for its price point and I would say the actual software is better than competitors. However, competitors have a better discovery network to find new partners and affiliates.
