Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
We use UKG Pro for processing our payroll. The system allows us to process payroll in a timely manner utilizing the paycodes, locations and departments we have setup. We also utilize time transfers amongst locations so that we may properly allocate expenses to the exact locations where the employees worked.

- Allow us to review the hours and reconcile before processing
- Customer service is not great
- Whilst we can transfer time amongst the various locations, we don't have a good report for recording this.
- Tax issues are becoming a regular thing every month
- The ability for the employee to review their time card and then the mgr sign off is a nice feature
- The use of schedules within the timecards is also nice to allow mgrs to see any discrepancies
- Tracking of PTO time works well in UKG
We are able to retrieve an export file from UKG to directly post into our Accounting Software. This is a huge time saver for the Accounting staff at month end time.
The onboarding within UKG is a one stop shop. This was nice when I started with Pinnacle GI Partners and not anything I have seen at any other previous employers.
UKG has issues with customer service that is not like any other Payroll system that I have used.
