Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)
We use UKG across the company to manage our people basically from start to finish. We utilize UKG recruiting, onboarding, and performance reviews. Time-keeping, payroll, and training. Benefits and reporting all run through UKG.
- UKG is really good at seamlessly transitioning people from applicants to employees. They have a variety of partners in the recruiting gateway to assist in getting candidates in the door.
- From an administrative point of view, the time management system is well designed and easy to use.
- Customer service is usually spot on. If I call the rapid response line, I am usually greeted by someone eager and willing to help. If they don't have the answer, they put me in touch with someone that does.
- Offer letters in the recruiting gateway should be editable after they are sent!
- I would like to be able to hire a person from a closed job posting rather than having to create a whole new requisition for one person.
- For me, the most positive impact is the ease of getting new employees into the system.
- The ease of use of the software is also a great time/money savor because I'm not spending nearly as much time troubleshooting.
We left ADP for UKG because we liked how it houses all aspects of HR into a (typically) easy-to-use software. ADP was like a bunch of bits and pieces that you had to put together to make anyone's thing work. Nothing was seamless with them.
