Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

The system is being used for general employee administration as well as performance management, recruiting, onboarding and payroll. We also leverage the reporting function in BI to assist with business decisions. It has allowed us to manage our HR function in one cohesive system.
  • The focus on Education: Continuous learning for the system is provided.
  • Updates to the System: The system is continually improving with two major update releases a year with ideas from customers taken into consideration.
  • Customizability of the system through platform configurability.
  • Ease of use of some of the time modules for administrators and employees.
  • Time savings on administrative tasks as we have been able to automate some things through reporting.
Rarely issues with performance of the system.
Quick to respond to questions.
I have worked at two organizations that have used UKG Pro and the system was suitable for both, one was rather complicated in terms of needs (i.e. types of employees, benefit plans, PTO plans, etc) and another on the less complicated side. If looking for a robust reporting system, UKG Pro is by far the best that I have come across.
