Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

We are using it across the whole company. We use it for payroll, benefits, time management. It is helpful to have the whole company on the same system.
  • I like the training that is offered, classes, webinars, [etc.]
  • The community emails are very informative. It is helpful to find out what other users are experiencing.
  • Our relationship with our reps is good. We have monthly calls that are very helpful.
  • Some of the bugs in the system. We don't always find out why they are happening.
  • Some of our cases/issues are not handled in a timely manner.
  • We are having to update a lot of codes that were not set up correctly during implementation.
  • Increased employee self service.
  • Time saving for standard reporting.
  • Time management and core with one log in.
We didn't have any of the capability that we have now using our own system.
Standard reports are pretty quick, we are currently experiencing a lot of issues with our BI reports.
Rapid Response is great. Sometimes don't hear back on some issues for a while.
This week I opened a case and instead of just telling me what to do they fixed the issue.
It is beneficial that the time management and core system work together. We are having trouble with the integrations with Benefits Prime, still having issues after nine months. We love being able to use both core and back office for different tasks.
