The functionality is user friendly as well as capable. The demos and live environment are huge helps and the structured format of managing the systems capabilities make it so you can tailor it to your needs as needed. Cost wise, you get a lot for what you pay for and have easy integrations.

Performance

The platform itself does not seem to have issues, but the WFM does not seem to be the best functioning. Although, for us it was a brand new roll out for timekeeping so it may have been user error which created the issues we ran into, resolutions were quickly offered.

Support Rating

Beyond being able to speak with a customer service rep via their rapid response, their continual training classes are a huge help as well as their success portal which allows for a lot of self-servicing opportunities. Sometimes a response from case support can take a bit longer, but it seems like this happens only occasionally.

Exceptional Examples of UKG Pro Support

During our initial launch period the UKG team was very diligent and patient with our company as this transition was creating drastic changes in our processes many of which were new to us entirely. This coupled with a requested faster than normal launch period by us, created a time crunch which UKG responded by bringing in additional members to give us more one-on-one guidance with the issues we were concerned with.

Likelihood to Recommend

UKG does a great job at constantly updating its system and keeping customers involved and informed. There is occasionally language/ jargon that can confuse new users and a lot of people you can reach out to sometimes make it tough to figure who needs to know what (during pre-launch). Although pre launch is nice because things are separated out, you can have people more dedicated to issues as they arise.
