Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)

UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is used throughout our company, but primarily in Human Resources. UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) addresses our need for a company HRIS.
  • Provides a comprehensive HRIS that can be used by anyone at any level for various reasons
  • Offer ongoing training through webinars or through the Learning Center
  • Try to keep their clients up-to-date with new laws that affect tasks we complete in UKG (example- COVID tax credits)
  • UKG Pro could offer more robust/ detailed learning for administrators who are new to an LMS. There is learning material; it's not a 101 type-level though.
  • Logging into the CSP or the Learning Center separately when already logged into UKG is a pain when it seems that SSO would apply.
  • In UKG Pro, it would be helpful as an administrator to somehow mark the available courses that aren't a good option for training to assign instead of having to make a personal list of courses that aren't relevant or meaningful.
  • Having only 2 super Admin roles is also a pain point. 3 would be more efficient for a company that has a larger HR department. The entire system with the majority of the modules is already more on the expensive side for a company to have to pay for another Super Admin role if that's even an option.
  • The ability to manage most HR activities within one platform is a big win.
  • UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is easy for employees to use.
  • Implementation has taken us a very long time since we have a very busy workload and aren't able to dedicate long periods of time to actually learn the product as we implemented.
UltiPro is the only true HRIS I've used.
I haven't noticed a true performance issue with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro). There are very few times that the system will take longer to load, but it's not something that's regularly occurring.
I think that overall, support is good with UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro). There a few things like UPLearning that I'd like to see more support with.
I think there were different levels of support with each "module" we implemented with being a new client a year ago. The beginning seemed very supportive and as we progressed through the modules, it seemed different with different specialists helping us. Overall, it was a good experience though and I have recommended other HR friends to look into the features and benefits of UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro).
UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) is very helpful when multiple "modules" are used and there is a flow of information feeding into each other. Example - Core and Performance or Benefits, etc. UKG Pro (formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro) overall seems more than a smaller company would need. Example- companies under 100 employees. A scaled-down version may be a good option for smaller markets.
