Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro globally. We have offices in NC, DC, African countries, Latin American & Caribbean countries, India, West Bank/Gaza and Tajikistan.

We use UltiPro Payroll and Onboarding for the US. All of our offices use Core, Talent Management, Recruiting (newly implemented). We are now able to produce an accurate headcount globally and keep electronic performance reviews.
  • Independent training for end-users - there a quick tour or tip for every module. Users can schedule free training throughout the year without traveling to a facility.
  • Payroll administration for the US - Payroll admins have more control over the product.
  • Share ideas - Ultimate always welcomes suggestions for improvement . They've actually used some of my suggestions to make improvements.
  • Recruiting R14 - Recruiters should be able to delete requisitions that have not been posted to have applicants tied to them. In the applicant experience, applicants should be able to see all the skills at one time instead of one by one when "Discovering their Potential".
  • Global Core functionality should match that of the US (deleting job history entries).
  • Global Payroll needs to support more African countries. We have to use another company to interface with UltiPro. The feed will come from the company to UltiPro.
The Global functionalities still need work. They company makes improvements every day so I am confident that improvements will soon be made.

They are several types of training (virtual, self-paced, etc), times and pre-recorded sessions to learn from.

I have been working with Talent/Recruiting support on some issues. Some have not been resolved and are almost 3 months old

Using UltiPro

The work-around for adding job history out of date sequence is an issue.

  • Adding a new employee
  • Adding a new benefit
  • Viewing compensation history
  • Adding a rehire (benefits that aren't closed out properly from previous employment could cause an issue)
  • Adding job history that is out of date order. We have to get the UltiPro CSR to do it.
  • Deleting a bank account and adding a new one when workflow is used. You have to delete it first, get it approved, then add new.
Yes - It's ok for just viewing.
