Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

Our organization uses UltiPro for time & attendance, benefits administration, talent development, payroll, etc. We went live in January 2017 and are very happy with the decision. UltiPro has reduced or eliminated a lot of the manual entries we had lingering from our past provider. It is extremely user friendly and our employees often tell us how easy it is to use.
  • Ultimate employees are happy employees and that translates to happy customers through the service you receive.
  • UltiPro is very user friendly - each page has quick links that offer helpful information about what you can do from that page.
  • UltiPro training is free!
  • UltiPro offers free upgrades to the product! They are regularly updating the system and they regularly engage the customers in the improvement process.
  • The strategic management functionality could be more robust. We have a bit of a work around in place for this now.

We have already saved time expense with manual entries and were able to add additional duties to UltiPro that we could not before.
We selected UltiPro over Ceridian Dayforce after a thorough review of both platforms. We feel we made the right choice based on UltiPro delivering what was promised and their excellent customer service.

UltiPro is a perfect solution for companies looking for an integrated product. Our employees are very computer proficient, so there was not a huge learning curve for them to become accustomed to the system.

This is probably too much for a very small company who is focusing mainly on payroll.
