Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We used UltiPro to manage our human capital in the organization. It was a sufficient program for our needs, but we have since outgrown it. The system had some limitations for a global business model. Also, the integration from one module to the others could always be improved.

We were not able to achieve this under a single solution with this provider.
ADP is a more robust, comprehensive solution that enables us to use it globally.
A small to medium-sized company could benefit from the software because it offers a nice baseline package with everything needed to get started. As the company grows, it is difficult to configure to a larger scale if you were on a small scale prior.
