Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro
We use UltiPro thorough out our organization of about 400 employees. We use several modules including Recruiting, Onboarding, Core/Payroll, UTM, Talent Management, Compensation Management, Benefits Admin and Perception. UltiPro is easy to use and navigate and has streamlined several of our previously manual processes while providing amazing customer service. We feel valued as a customer and continue to grow strong relationships with our ERM and sales person.
- We love Onboarding! No more manual paper forms for new hires!
- Integration! We use benefits administration and ask our employees to enroll and make changes in UltiPro for their benefits. We then have an 834 file that feeds this information directly to our providers, which means less manual entry for us as admins and for our employees!
- UltiPro is a rue HRIS that is a one stop shop that is fully customizable! We like being in control of the system setup and appreciate that we can reach out with questions to ensure that we are choosing the best option to suit our needs.
- Payment Services has been difficult to work with. We often open cases and don't hear back from them...for months.
- In Recruiting we'd like to be able to email hiring managers all of the candidates information. For example, if a hiring manager wants to see a candidate's phone number they need to navigate into the system. We'd prefer that it be included in the initial email that we forward to them upon application.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
Absolutely, yes! We are very happy with our partnership with UltiPro and love that it has become our trusted one stop shop! We love that we can choose what modules are right for us and then set them up to suit our needs. And, it helps that their customer service is top notch when we do need to reach out. The system is also very easy to navigate.
We actually partnered with Paylocity for a couple of years because we thought they were comparable to UltiPro, however they are not! We struggled with their customer service and also the knowledge of their staff. (We would call with the same question and receive differing answers.) We choose to make the transition to UltiPro after many struggles.
