Overall Satisfaction with UltiPro

We use UltiPro for HR and payroll. The whole company uses it to report the biweekly timesheet and yearly PMC. I'm the backup for payroll and we process payroll from UltiPro. HR used it for their functions like benefits. We have been using UltiPro for three years now. It has simplified and streamlined some of the functions in HR and payroll.

I see it on both HR and payroll side of the business. It has been a nice upgrade from the previous system we use. It has streamlined some important tasks or duties in the HR and payroll area. The whole business goes into UltiPro a few times a month or not more depend on the duties.
NetSuite and UltiPro are two different systems. NetSuite is mainly for the financial reporting function. I work in the accounting department. We information to interface between the two systems. They are not in the same business fields. Each provides a useful function for my company. I like both systems and they have reduced my workload.
I use it for payroll function alone. I can't rate on the HR side of it. It seems that everyone likes using it. Every system there are cons and pros for using it. There is always room for improvement. We got UltiPro for the long term so we make use of what it can offer my company.
I'm the backup for payroll. The main payroll person submit the cases. Sometimes they are resolved quickly and others it takes time. Focus on customer service and get a respond back with 24 hours. UltiPro overall is a good system and we have like many of the function from HR and payroll side.
no. I don't tell with the support side. My main payroll person have issue with Ultimate software support it is lacking. Need improvements.
It is good for HR and payroll function. I don't use it for yearly PMC year-end reviews for employees by HR. There are issue with copy and paste.
