Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery backs up our email and shared data files daily. It is used by the entire organization. Recently we did a redeployment with the assistance of our local representative and existing documentation provided to us. Our server is replicated at our corporate Headquarters. Whenever we bring down emails or shares we review the backup Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery data to identify problems related to security and other issues. Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery also gives us monthly backup data.
- Email provides data particularly well on a monthly basis.
- Shared files very well this is important to the IT Group.
- Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery runs quietly in the background no problems.
- Needs to be easier to upgrade like some other BI products now.
- Easier dashboard console.
- Documentation could always be more detailed.
- Provides data we need on monthly basis for review.

- Azure Bot Service (Microsoft Bot Framework)
They are relatively the same, but Microsoft BI requires too much communication with Microsoft for every little thing. Unitrends Data Center Backup and Recovery is not so management intensive.
