Overall Satisfaction with UpKeep Maintenance Management

We are using UpKeep to perform preventative and reactive maintenance work as well as to manage our assets and inventories. It is being used across the whole corporation. It addresses organization and proper tracking of work being done.
  • User-friendly platform.
  • Has very helpful representatives.
  • Add more customizable features (more categories in parts and assets sections).
  • Combine the customize button with quick filters under work orders to save view options.
  • Allow for more detailed reporting.
  • Has improved organization.
  • ROI is potentially a positive but that has yet to be determined with us.
I think the platform is user-friendly but there have been some issues that colleagues have been complaining about. For example, the program tends to run slow from time to time. Reporting could be better. We could use more fields for categories under parts and assets.
Our experience with support has been excellent.
I feel that UpKeep is a superior program. It has more features and is more user-friendly.
It is well suited for many industries. I can't think of an application where it wouldn't work well.
