Veeam Backup allows for quick recovery when users delete emails that they meant to keep. The application is simple to set up and just works. I would recommend this to anyone who is using the hard-to-hide-from Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

When setting up Microsoft 365 I was notified by Microsoft websites that backup was not included, and I need to supply my own. Veeam was the best in class so that is what was deployed and has been to many clients. The FREE version is also very helpful for small businesses.
Users were leaving the company and allowed to take their emails but had not exported them. Veeam allowed for the simple export of the email to a PST file on a USB drive.
