Overall Satisfaction with Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365
We have a mixture of on-premise servers, Azure, and O365 so we needed a solution that would backup all of those environments. It also needed the ability to offload the backups to removable media for off-site storage.
- Easily select items to be included in the backup.
- Notifications of job status.
- Separate backups for Sharepoint and Exchange.
- Have the ability to offload backups to removable media instead of using the main VBR.
- Neither positive nor negative.
As an organization, we decided to pursue it as an additional layer of protection.
Thankfully, we have not had to restore anything yet!

Easy setup - we were able to get up and running quickly. Easy configuration changes - when we have user changes, it is easy to update the software.
We didn't need to pursue others as Veeam checked all the boxes.
