We recently moved from another product to veeam, as a small company we were looking for an affordable and robust disaster recovery solution. The pricing on our previous solution had become an issue for us. We use the product to protect several windows workstations and 35 hyper-v guests.
We found the initial set up to be very easy and it is simple to test backups to ensure confidence in the product

We currently protect 42 assets which is slightly more than we initially anticipated due to changes in our business requirements.
However thanks to the licencing model this has not been an issue and we should be able to simply add more licences if our requirements continue to increase.

Yes, our environment is heavily virtualised which made Veeam particularly suited for us.
We found it very easy to set up different backup targets allowing us to have both onsite and cloud based backups using Veeam as the solution.
