Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

Vena Solutions is being used by our Accounting department for budgeting and forecasting, although we are starting to implement it in more areas that deal regularly with financial information regularly. From an administrative point of view it has helped standardize financial reports and moving forward we hope to have a completely streamlined workflow with standard documents and processes for all departments to submit accurate financial data with.
  • Excel integration gives you a great point to start off from.
  • Template and process mapping avoids any errors caused by lack of experience.
  • The cloud based security is both helpful and gives you peace of mind.
  • Setup was tedious but definitely worth it in the long run.
  • Using multiple data cubes can slow the system down.
  • Increased accuracy of reports submitted.
  • Time saved on simple budgeting procedures.
Vena Solutions is perfect for creating budgeting templates, saving time on a day to day basis. These templates have also made the administration side much easier as there is less chance for error and all documents can be located within one place thanks to the cloud technology. This allows you to access what you need wherever you are without having to worry about a secure connection.
