Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Viber is used between colleagues to transfer photos and to make video calls among our office members. You can use Viber to share high-quality images. I have used Viber for more than 3 years. Outside the office I use it to make phone calls to my family and relatives.

I do not know about other products like Viber. Viber works fine on your cell phone and you can also install it on your laptop or desktop. In general I use Viber on my mobile.

Support Rating

This is because I have never have any problems with Viber. Some people hesitate to use it. I do not know the reason for it. However it is very easy to use. You can easily communicate among your colleagues. Sometimes it does not connect properly. May be this is due to bandwidth issue but I am not sure.

This is very good to create a group. For example, we have created a Viber group for our weekend soccer game. You can message and everyone in that group can see your message and can respond promptly. I'm not sure about the number of people you can add in your group. I think you can add any number of people in a single group.
