Overall Satisfaction with VMTurbo Operations Manager
VMTurbo Operations Manger is being used across the whole corporate organization. Central management [is done] by IT Operations. We use it primarily to manage our entire corporate vCenter.
- It handles HA perfectly and without any effort on our part
- Reporting is fantastic.
- Recommended changes are great to have as support for adding/removing resources.
- Understanding the full capabilities of the software would be nice.
- ROI is positive. It covers a full Sys Admin position for us.
- We provide proactive support to our customers and have support docs to back it up.
VMware Fusion was overkill and not as user friendly.
