Overall Satisfaction with Vonage Business Communications

We use Vonage Business Communications for all phone calls, cell phone app & SMS messaging. It is handy for forwarding calls & voicemail to our cell phones as it has the follow me feature.

  • doesnt display contact who is calling
  • when on a call rings loudly over existing conversation
  • delay in connectivity when you first pick up a call
  • Saves time as you can take the call wherever you are with the follow me feature
  • Also helps with collaboration with the screenshare feature

It is well suited in that I can forward my office phone to my cell.
I also use it on occasion for meetings. It is a quick way to connect to screen share.
Spotty coverage & connectivity. A huge delay in voicemail & missed call notifications.
