Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint

It is an excellent solution, it is used by various departments of the organization, providers, IT users, as a second authentication factor to guarantee an adequate level of security, mainly in VPN connections. So far we have not presented problems with the solution, it has been quickly and easily integrated into the organization's infrastructure.

WatchGuard AuthPoint, being a cloud solution, does not need the installation of any additional hardware for its operation, which has been of great advantage for its acquisition and implementation in the organization, since the cost is lower, which allowed us to have a scope larger in the project and apply this control to a greater number of users.
WatchGuard AuthPoint by allowing users to authenticate from their smartphone, through different methods such as; OTP, puch or token notification. The application is compatible with android and ios, and the process for authenticating users is quite fast, both when connecting applications and VPN connections. Users quickly adapted this authentication mechanism.

WatchGuard AuthPoint is excellent for two-factor authentication both for users in the organization as well as for technical supports and providers who must connect remotely via a VPN connection, thus validating the identity of the user. It can also be integrated as a double authentication factor with other cloud applications to add an additional layer of security for authentication.
