Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my job, we use the WebEx app to get contact with the Cisco TAC, mostly to sharing screen and give them access to our equipment.
With the introduction in the keynote this year, we're glad to see that the native integration with Microsoft Teams is coming soon.
I didn't have a bad experience or bug problems with.

Usability

I don't use many feature but the one I use are easygoing and do the fonctions I need well.
To summary I'll say that webex app (for what I'm using) is simple, accessibility and work perfectly.
Everything is ok, well place on the app, I don't really had a bad experience.

We have some problems with the Cisco ASR 900, so we open a ticket to the TAC. The TAC come back to us and mostly need to geek an access on our equipment.
With the WebEx app it is easy to planned the meeting and sharing screen / giving controls to the TAC so they can troubleshoot.
I haven't had a bad experience.
