Overall Satisfaction with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)
It is being used by the whole organization as the primary messaging app. Also we implement it for customers with the collaboration team and make APIs for it.
- Messaging in Webex is best and reliable.
- Screen sharing and screen control.
- Video meetings and real-time chat transcriptions.
- License cost should decrease.
- Integration with non Cisco partner companies with custom APIs.
- Better integration with Outlook and Microsoft apps.
- It supported us in the wfh times.
- It is reliable and has 1% of downtime.
- Cisco TAC support made it easy to sell as they are the best when it comes to support with their quick resolution and less SLAs.
Microsoft recently collaborated with Nuance and hence I hope they improve in chat transcriptions with AI but Webex is still the market leader and reliable when it comes to audio and video based meetings, chatting and real time audio to text transcriptions.
