Overall Satisfaction with Webex (formerly Webex Teams)

It is being used by the whole organization as the primary messaging app. Also we implement it for customers with the collaboration team and make APIs for it.
  • Messaging in Webex is best and reliable.
  • Screen sharing and screen control.
  • Video meetings and real-time chat transcriptions.
  • License cost should decrease.
  • Integration with non Cisco partner companies with custom APIs.
  • Better integration with Outlook and Microsoft apps.
  • It supported us in the wfh times.
  • It is reliable and has 1% of downtime.
  • Cisco TAC support made it easy to sell as they are the best when it comes to support with their quick resolution and less SLAs.
Microsoft recently collaborated with Nuance and hence I hope they improve in chat transcriptions with AI but Webex is still the market leader and reliable when it comes to audio and video based meetings, chatting and real time audio to text transcriptions.
The Cisco TAC team is the best team when it comes to SLAs and quick resolution and their 24X7 availability over the phone and through support tool of Cisco.

It is the best in the market so far in chatting, audio and video meetings, screen sharing and control and also interfacing with APIs.
It is best for doing audio and video based meetings and also keeps historic chats saved. It is also an amazing tool for file sharing and screen control with screen sharing. Cisco TAC support is best and is provided only by the Cisco TAC team.
