Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Usually, we use Webex [Meetings] when our partners from overseas want to have a meeting.
  • We can record a meeting.
  • We can get support using Webex Meetings.
  • We had a very successful knowledge transfer session.
  • It could be good to bundle Webex Meetings with other products like unified communication.
  • Maybe the price.
  • Extend the free version a bit.
  • To be honest in my country Webex needs to advertise more and do more product briefing.

Using Webex Meetings

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

  • Zoom
It is now popularly used in my country, I think is the name that is easy for peoples in my area. In addition to that when they want to have a meeting they only have Zoom in on their laptop/smartphone. That's why l think they prefer to use Zoom over Webex Meetings.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Scalability wise I see Webex bundled with other Cisco products that are more familiar.
Sometimes even if I have the desktop application when I open a new meeting through the browser it goes on to download the application and it takes some time.
