Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I use Webex Meetings to collaborate with suppliers, partners, customer and collaborators making online meetings and callings, and Videos. I make also events in combination with Slido, and I use the messaging to chat and collaborate. I take part of a lot of Webex Meetings spaces to collaborate and receive information.
  • Messaging.
  • Video.
  • Calling.
  • Events.
  • Logging.
  • Same app for different users ID, I mean, If I have 2 Webex accounts, be able to use them with the same app.
  • Return on investment.
  • Agility.
  • Productivity.
  • Useful
We are in our department twenty users, the whole department. Sales Accounts Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Operations, Sales manager, and Sales Director. We collaborate all together every day within the department and with suppliers and partners, sharing meeting invitations within the company every day. This is the most powerful collaboration tool we have.
  • Microsoft 365
With the hybrid outlook calendar integrated we can see in both calendars (Webex and Microsoft three six five) our both agendas, facilitating the control of your day. We can send the webex invite through Microsoft Outlook, and, if we create the invite in webex, it is automatically refreshed in Outlook.
Zoom is just meetings and events. Microsoft is not good at telephony. Webex Meetings has the full stack: Calling, Video, Messaging, Meetings, Events, Support, Training, Contact Center, fully integrated with the Centralized management "Webex Admin Hub." Apart from that, Webex Meetings has its own optimized and quality hardware, hence, the admin has a single pane of support contact.

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Webex Meetings
  • Webex App
  • Webex Webinars
  • Webex Events
  • Slido
  • Cisco Webex Room Series
  • Working from anywhere (e.g., coffee shop, airport)
  • Working from an office or other company space
  • Working from home
I am managing an existing implementation, so, I just have to add new users and devices. The only different task is the migration of our brand to a new one, having to change the url addresses and the user profiles for sign in. And sometimes "playing" with the webex control hub to setup some things.
With the webex app it was very easy to challenge the hybrid work. I'm awaiting to get budget to try the DESK for home. Even during the most important moments of the year we can face the challenges at home or out of the office. We just miss the coffee together and the huges.... jejeje
The greatest advantages Cisco for our hybrid work is that we have improved our work-life balance, we have more efficient used our time, and we have controlled over work hours and we have enabled the possibility of working in a second location. We are better managing the burnout mitigation, and the flexibility for the employees

Cisco Webex Experience

the meetings are more realistic and natural, like if it was a presence meeting. Sounds is perfect with the automatic noise suppression. Some times people that don't speak english join english meetings and the real time translation helps a lot to follow the meeting. It is very practical the webex board to share ideas.
We have combined webex meetings with webex support, webex training, webex calling, webex webinars, webex events, webex calendar integration, webex control hub, webex messaging, slido, almost all integrated under the webex app, which it is facilitating our hybrid work environment. It is the most powerful collaboration stack of applications we have ever had.
We feel secure with Cisco collab tools. We can set up a lot of features to secure of our environment in function of the kind of meetings or in function the profile of user or the webex room that you are using. It is important for us the interoperability, because we need to join meetings through Microsoft teams and Zoom

Webex Meetings Reliability

In several months I haven't had any fall of service. In case of bad connection in the middle of a video meeting, if you are disconnected, Webex reconnects again when the connection is good. Regarding availability or version upgrades, Cisco informs with lot of time about this kind of migrations.
Precisely one of the most important reasons to buy Webex Meetings is the performance and quality of the audio and video, in comparison with other platforms. It happens the same with the hardware and the centralized management console, where you can run different reports and see the status of the global platform, from users, to devices.
It's software, the scalability is close to infinite!! No matter the number of users and branches. You will have a single pane of glass to manage every user and device. Apart of that, you can upgrade your platform user by user giving every license to the coterm of the rest of contract.
