Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I have been using Webex Meetings for quite a long time and it had been great experience. Working remotely hasn't affected our work cycle. Moreover, the cost of traveling is reduced since we can do meeting online which has helped our company to collaborate with stakeholders. Features such as app sharing, screen sharing helped us to showcase our products.

  • Loading time should be reduced.

More suitable as most of the companies are working from home hence makes an effective way to connect. Less effective to have to download the file...for installation. I recommend a web client should be used so it can start instantly so user can avoid installation of any file. Some features needed.

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

We use Cisco products for our network requirements. Cisco products are robust and will surely give you ROI. These are the products on which you can rely... Low maintenance cost and easy to install and maintain. Cisco support has been phenomenal when needed. I would recommend Cisco product to all companies if they are startup or want to grow their business.

Webex Meetings Reliability

Well there is always scope for improvement hence the rating.
Webex Meetings are good and you can rely on them for your meeting with clients both external and internal. Webex has helped us to reduce cost and saved $ on traveling expense. Nowadays where everyone is virtually working from home Webex has came to the rescue and helped collaboration a great deal.
We haven't integrated with other software due to security issues.
