Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Webex Meetings is easy, clean, user friendly and efficient. It integrates well with other conferencing applications and is a one stop shop. Cisco make it easy to arrange trial stock for customers and with great staff on deck a demo is never far away - and they are very in depth. This helps closing sales much easier.

  • Used worldwide and known within businesses.
  • Simpler licensing options for all features in one license - e.g. one touch join, exchange integration, user license.
  • With NFR purchasing, we use these devices as demo devices and one sale generally makes our ROI immediately.

As a reseller and partner of Cisco - all my colleagues would tend to agree that the equipment and licensing we have set up is second to none. Everything works and we are all advocates of the product. We also sell another product which has the same ideas... it does not even come close to Cisco with Meetings and collaboration.

Using Webex Meetings

Evaluating Webex Meetings and Competitors

Webex Calling we use in-house and is another great product of Cisco. Using one platform for everything makes it easy, simple and user friendly for all staff. This also makes selling the product easier when the simplicity sells itself. Integration with MS Teams has been huge in the way of selling to customers that didn't want to get out of bed with MS Teams.

Webex Meetings Reliability

One hundred percent!
You can use a wide range of different devices; in the office, at your home, or working mobile. We use DX80's, Room Series, Room Kits and desk cameras. We would love to dabble in the Desk Pro and Desk Mini products. All excellent, reliable products. We will look at purchasing more NFR.
90% of the time it works perfectly.

Of course, as per anything it occasionally has its hiccups. We have found that when people send reoccurring meetings via MS Teams we cannot forward to a room for one touch join. Other than that, more often than not this is always working.
Webex always tends to work for those setting the meeting. We have had some issues with people trying to join but struggle with the Chrome download and what not. This aside, often very efficient.
