Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

Initially we started using Webex Meetings as internal and external meeting and collaboration tool. With time and as we switched to O365, Teams slowly replaced Webex Meetings for internal short calls however it IS still irreplaceable for bigger audience and external meetings. Webex Meetings level of control, invitations, integrations with Cisco conference systems, live tools like pools, Q&A is simply top notch and still unique on the market.
  • Control level (open close meetings, lobby, invitations).
  • Big audience events and streams.
  • Intuitiveness.
  • Short calls and short collaborations.
  • Internal dictionary integrations.
  • Better time and space utilization as meeting rooms are not so utilized anymore.
  • Drastically improves work from home initiative saving commute time.

Cisco Hybrid Work

  • Webex App
  • Cisco Meraki MR
  • Cisco AnyConnect
  • Cisco Umbrella
  • Working from anywhere (e.g., coffee shop, airport)
  • Working from an office or other company space
  • Working from home
I was fully utilizing hybrid work from all three locations types (Private, public and trusted) with most of the technologies we realied for it were Cisco webex, umbrella, Cisco meraki AP
Biggest challenges were to merge new technologies into already existing infrastructure, acquire needed skills and deploy the solutions in a secure and reliable manner still within expected time frame.
Teams had to be expanded, new skills acquired, budgets approves, architecture design completed, security approved and similar were biggest tasks.
The overall solution offered from Cisco took us to a level that we didn't really see the difference whether we are working from home or from any other place. That is the ultimate goal of hybrid I would say, seamless working experience
Having single vendor is always easier then multiple ones. Umbrella for securing unsafe location perfectly expanded on meraki for high profile office equipment while both in office and home office webex use made it completely seamless from where you are working.
