Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
We mostly used Webex Meetings with several of our clients. Since we weren't able to meet with them in person, the clients would gather all stakeholders and invite us to discuss upcoming initiatives with our team. We'd then collaborate on how we could best work together to meet their needs.
- Interface is fairly easy to navigate
- Users are able to screen share
- Ability to pass controls to different presenters
- You have to use IE
- The interface could be beefier
- Pricey
- The dedicated note-taker feature has saved us a lot of time, so we don't have to rehash meeting details
GoToMeeting is a bit easier to use, but Webex [Meetings] has more features. Teams is the easiest for us because it is integrated with our email provider. Overall, I'd select Webex [Meetings] over GoToMeeting, but Teams is probably the best simply because of the integration. The desire to use Webex [Meetings] was really more driven by our clients.
