Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

We use Webex as our meeting and collaboration tool for all employees across the organization. We also use it for video conferences between all staff too. And, meetings with external contacts and vendors. It builds on top of the Cisco VOIP phone system we use and works fantastic for all of our collaboration needs.
  • Video Conferencing
  • Video and audio meetings with internal and external contacts[.]
  • Screen and document sharing
  • Training opportunities
  • Remote support for staff in-office and at home[.]
  • Calling into a Webex from a cell phone is problematic and difficult due to dial options required [post-call] in[.]
  • [Screen] share options for video conferences are not fully baked yet. some enhancements are needed to set video layout options from the presenter perspective[.]
  • [Tool] bar options are a bit clunky to navigate[.]
  • Very positive, especially during the pandemic we expanded very easily with Webex as needed without major deployment nor significant cost[.]
  • Easy to deploy once you already have other Cisco telephony services[.]
  • Easily scalable during growth or pandemic needs[.]
  • Enables us a better video conference experience than before[.]
Webex when you layer it on top of Cisco VOIP and have QOS for voice provides better video and audio quality well beyond any competitor. You also get guaranteed service for both if you tag your voice packets on the network. If you also add Webex Video Mesh (no extra cost) on-premise you can get 1080p video and audio quality for video conferencing needs. This enables the best experience when wanting to share live streaming [with] internal and external parties.

We have had near-zero support issues with Webex since we started using this 4 years ago. Deployment of the client, user training, education, and post-deployment support [has] been easy to handle and resolve. Creating, modifying, joining, and administering Webex meetings and scheduling is easy to do and [has] proven pretty easy to train staff and third parties to join and use.
Like all software, it is feature-rich, easy to use[,] and easy to roll out to staff and [third-party] users. As technology and collaboration [change] so do the needs of tools like this. There are some video conference options as a host/administrator this doesn't have yet. But hope Cisco is working on it. Cisco has a monthly release cycle of enhancements so never know what changes are coming forward in the next 3-12 months.
Webex directly integrates to Outlook, your mobile phone calendar too (via outlook remote connectivity), and allows joining meetings from the Webex app on your phone. [It's] a little clunky to join complex [Webex] meetings from a mobile phone but feel that feature set is new and will be made easier as time goes on. [It's] gotten better the last 1-2 years already.it has single [sign-on] options for enterprise networking and works great for [at-home] and [in-office] situations. I highly recommend Webex for customers who use any cisco equipment as it works best with such implementations.
Staff meetings, video conferences, and large group meetings this is the best application out there for collaborating. For planned and scheduled meetings this works great too. Video and audio quality when you have a full-service Cisco environment this works great in. For non-Cisco telephony businesses, this may not be the best solution for all collaboration requirements. This works best with all Cisco equipment configurations. For quick ad-hoc meetings, other platforms can be as good or better suited depending on needs. Webex is a little more expensive than competitors from my perspective but again we have other Cisco systems so this works well with them. And, having other Cisco products does help drive the per-user cost down on purchase and renewal.
