Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings

I Use WebEx [meetings] mainly for review Meetings and for any [planned] activity in [the] network. WebEx meeting is also used in my [organization] for planned activities (for remote access [purposes]) and Knowledge Transfer sessions among the [team] and with Customers.

Pros

  • Review meetings

Cons

  • WebEx desktop applications seems heavy and it is being stuck in between.
  • It consume a lot of bandwidth as compared to other screen sharing apps[.]
  • It will be good if we can join WebEx via link only, need to not download app of plug-in[.]
  • It helped having regular meetings with different teams in org[.]
  • Regularly being used for Customer meetings in Covid time[.]
WebEx meeting is regularly stuck when sharing the screen or taking remote control in case there is and slight variation in broadband speed, it also [needs] extensive resources for desktop and phone application. we need to wait to [normalize] the things for [a] few seconds. These things can be improved with some [effort].

I am satisfied with overall performance of WebEx meeting.
WebEx meeting is good for team meetings and KT sessions, we can control users even make [co-hosts] with recent updates. we do have [a] better option to control the audience in case we are having [a] meeting or any event broadcast. We should focus to reduce bandwidth [requirements] and try to make app phone and desktop app lite, which make run on [fewer] resources (memory and CPU cycles).
