Overall Satisfaction with Webex Meetings
Webex Meetings allows us as a team to constantly stay in touch throughout the business day and assist each other in troubleshooting customer issues, sharing screens, bringing others into calls, and making use of the features Webex meetings provide.
- Very good call quality
- Screen sharing
- Ability to adapt meetings as required
- Sending invites out by department and when seeing the long list of people joining being able to see per a department where that person exists
- I think it's been positive, its ease of use and ability to talk to colleagues and share content is very good.
I have used Teams and Skype. Teams is similar but I do find Webex voice quality is always clearer.
