Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex is a great platform to join the meetings and interact with other coworkers. It helped our company a lot, especially when the company expanded the idea of letting the employees work remotely.

It doesn’t have the complexity of other platforms and it’s easy to use. Employees were happy to replace old platforms with Webex.

Webes is easier to use. All people inside and outside the company that used it were happy and shared their positive feedback.
It needs less space on computers and doesn't make the computer slow.
Customer service were outstanding and the whole experience was pleasant and remarkable for our team and customers.

Reliability and Availability

We barely faced any errors or other technical issues when using Webex. In the beginning, it was a challenge for people to work with it because they have been working with another platform for a long time but after a while, employees were happy and satisfied with the app and shared their positive experiences.

Scalability

The company used Webex for different purposes. For instance, it was used for team meetings by employees and managers. It was also used for the hiring process. Even the sales team uses the app to interact with customers and they had a good experience with this new platform. In sum, this was a game changer for the company.

Performance

We used Webex for different purposes. For example, the marketing team used the platform to present their activities across different channels. The PowerPoint and reports were easy to read and follow during the presentation, with fewer keys and tabs around its spaces, which is less distracting. Also, sharing documents and PowerPoint was easy and effective.

Likelihood to Recommend

For a our company that employees need to work from home and interact with each other daily, Webex is a great tool.

Additionally , our HR department used it as a platform to interview candidates who were all over the country and we received positive feedbacks from both sides. It is now completely replacing other platforms.
