Webexpenses is being used across the whole organization. It solves the business problem of accounting for and tracing business expenses.

I have not used the mobile app but imagine that would make things more seamless.

I think the platform is easy to use and functions as needed.

I have never used support for WebExpenses.

Time Savings

I save time by taking a picture of the receipt and recording the expense at a later time. There is no need to keep receipts and track them down at the end of the month.

Colleagues/employees are going on a business trip or lunch and the purchases need to be recorded in order for them to be covered by the company. A sales tool is being used and needs to be recorded as a business expense. Various categories are covered from marketing events to subscriptions.
