Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is being used across the whole organisation for day to day expenses. As a company with both office based and regional workers, the system is very easy to use on the go for both submitting and approving, especially when making use of the app.
  • App - allows you to manage expenses on the day in real time, without needing to keep all receipts for a later date.
  • Easy to itemise and split out costs.
  • Quick and easy system for all abilities.
  • Built in tutorials - the app needed to be synced with account.
  • Have to save claim before attaching receipt, so can sometimes be missed.
  • Supports good time management with efficiency.
As previously mentioned, the app really speeds up the process for submitting expenses and is easy to use when on the road a lot of the time.
I have not needed to use the support personally but I believe suggestions are taken on board and worked on quickly.
I have only used the claims submission and expenses approval but it's saved a huge amount of time by logging as you go and being able to easily approve expenses too, especially with budget limits raised during the process.
Features, usability, system configuration and policy compliant.
Previously used own system which was hard to access when out the office and the functionality was much more basic.

Yes

Very easy for day to day expenses that fit into drop down options specified by the organisation, would definitely recommend.

Email notifications aren't always sent to say that it's been submitted/approved but I believe this is being worked on.
Mapping for mileage very useful but often find road closures etc. not considered so have to override amount.
