Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Used across the whole business organisation to manage expense claims. It avoids the use of manual expense claims - i.e. filling in a Word/Excel template and submitting paper receipts.
  • One click to add all expenses to one claim.
  • Add expenses from a mobile phone.
  • Simple process to follow to submit a claim.
  • Quick actions - rather than open each claim, have quick buttons to add things like category.
  • Easier and quicker to allocate expenses to others.
It's generally quick to complete expense claims. It is intuitive so it's clear what options you need to select in order to complete the claims.
N/a as I haven't ever needed to contact support, which can only be a good thing!
I use Webexpenses as a user to submit claims for myself and on behalf of my superior. It has saved a huge amount of time compared with a paper-based system. Everything is electronic so need to scan invoices as I have most invoices as electronic copies.
I didn't make the final decision to purchase Webexpenses but the main features the team would have considered were intuitiveness, accuracy and speed. Also the option to add expense receipts via a mobile phone was particularly important. It was also vital that executive assistants could process expense claims on behalf of their superiors as well as their own expenses.
Not used any other similar systems within my work environment.

We already use it across the company. It's a simple way of submitting expenses on behalf of either yourself or your boss. It is also a great way of tracking expense claims submitted in the past too.
