Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use it for travel costs declaration and reimbursement.

Pros

  • Easy account register and login.
  • Works smooth and fast.

Cons

  • Not intuitive.
  • Confusing UX.
  • No impact on my business, I only use it as a tool in travel cost reporting process.
Unfriendly, complicated user experience for an non-HR user. I wish there was some tutorial video suggested as I log in for the first time, for example as a pop-up. As a frequent PC user I could figure it all out in a relative quick time, but there is a place for improvement of intuitivity.
I found a precise solution to the error regarding the missing job title while adding travel costs on the help tab. The answer could be found quickly and resolved my problem immediately. Thus, I think the help tab is well constructed and user-friendly. A place of improvement are some pop-ups with tutorial videos while spending too much time struggling how to add travel costs.
I did not purchase it, it was my employer's decision.
From my perspective, sending an e-mail to HR with travel costs report would be easier than using a dedicated system. I have never used any other similar software.

I only used it for adding travel expenses.
I stumbled upon an error with missing job title (had to check help to find the problem). The error was just "an error" without any description or red highlight on the job title field. I had to check the help tab for solution, which I could luckily find there.
The process of adding a receipt is also a bit complicated and tricky.
