Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I've used Webexpenses both in Admiral, and at a previous business. It's a great tool, modern, easy to use... it does what it says on the tin, but is so much easy compared to the previous generation of expense management software.
  • Expenses.
  • Receipts.
  • User experience.
  • Design could be updated ever so slightly.
  • We don't have ROI on this, but the ease of use makes it a lot easier for people throughout the entire organisation.
The usability is really high. It's intuitive, and easy to use. I think the design itself could use the smallest bit of updating, but that's just to keep up with evolving web design trends. There's something to be said for a tool that works and works well.
Submitting claims and approving expenses SHOULD be easy. It's a relatively simple idea, but unfortunately a lot of the existing software and processes around it are overly complicated and kludgy. Webexpenses makes it easy to use, and easy to process. The simplicity saves time and headache.
The core features are obviously the most important, but there are many offerings in the expense management space. What really sets Webexpenses apart is the easy configurability and easy management, for both administrators and managers, as well as end users.

Where the organisation is big enough to warrant expense management software, Webexpenses is one of the best options. This is a crowded space, and there are cheaper/easier solutions for small businesses.
