Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Millage and Travel Expenses. It is used across all departments and is used on a weekly basis.
  • Millage allowance calculations.
  • Travel expenses from Parking.
  • Meal and Hotel charges
  • Allows receipts to be attached to the claims.
  • An app that uses GPS for travel distance calculations.
  • Allows for easy reflection on previous expense, which aids with budget control.
Web Expenses is very user friendly and easy to follow.
The software saves time for claims submissions and expenses approval.
The software was purchased by my workplace to improve workflow.

Web expenses are very good at showing and controlling the expenses. An app that can be used to detect travel distances between destinations that creates the entries, would be a good improvement.
